Andorra.Fairyland in mountains
Hello boys and girls!I'm very sorry about this delay with my post,it turned out that September is a busy month for me.I still have a lot of blogs to post but I've decided to start with blog about place that I fell in love with. Landlocked microstate in Southwestern Europe located in the eastern Pyrenees mountains and bordered by Spain and France..I'm talking about Andorra.

We (me and my sister) left early morning for what should have been a 4 hour journey. We went there by the car from Spain in September and,I must say, that beginning of our journey was terrible - we were lost and spent 2 hours to find a right way and a car has a manual transmission that I'm still seeing in my nightmares. Finally, when all troubles (except the manual transmission) were behind, we could enjoy the beautiful view of mountains around us and we were so amazed when we saw this beautiful lake!

Our spirits was raised and 3 hours later we arrived to Andorra La Vella the capital of Andorra. And after parking our car we left for food and hotel.

First things that attract your attention in Andorra La Vella are mountains and the shops.Lots of them.I was happy that I left my credit card at home. But,of course, we with my sister are true girls so after an Italian dinner there was a shopping! The country is duty-free so it’s like one big airport.Alcohol, jewelry, perfume and expensive cars everywhere!

The famous Salvador Dali's clock

If you heard about Andorra La Vella, you probably heard about Caldea Spa in Escaldes-Engordany.This place is fantastic! There is a huge swimming area, inside and outside hot tubs that they call lagoons, Indo-Roman baths, steam rooms, hammams, sirocco air rooms, infra red rooms, a wood lighting room and many more areas for relaxation. We spent several hours just checking out the different rooms and it was perfect end of the day.I didn't make a photos inside (only in сouple in locker room) so here are some photos from Internet.

The evening Andorra La Vella is gorgeous..When you walking on the streets, seeing the mountains, breathing in fresh air, you feel those peace of mind that you desperately need living and working in noisy town with millions of people.

In our cosy hotel room

The second day we visited Arinsal and we decided back there at winter for sure! It's a Fairyland!Beautiful nature, lovely houses and fresh air! And, of course, the mountains!
